Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Item/s must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Final sale item/s, gift cards, and any custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact Us: Begin your return process by reaching out to our Customer Support Team at Contact Us.
- Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip, and securely repackage the item(s).
- Ship It: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item/s to our return address (provided by Customer Support).
Note: Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to a defective item or shipping error, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your item/s, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We’ll send a confirmation email once your return has been completed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you’d like a different size or color, please specify in your return request. We’ll ship the new item/s once we receive your returned product. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We’re committed to quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
